Services for our prospective and current clients include the following:
Initial, no obligation discussion about company needs and pain points: This can be at the client's office or anywhere else a WiFi or WWAN connection is available. Depending on topics discussed, a whiteboard presentation with interactive questions and answers may be included.
Evaluation software and/or demos of appropriate solutions: All of our vendor partners provide some type of software trial, and our staff is available for help with downloading, installing and configuring what your company needs to make sure our solutions are right for you.
Proof of Concept Installations: We offer several levels of POC support, from packaged services provided by vendor partners to more customized offerings using eTGVirtual staff expertise and loaner servers ready to drop in a rack.
Post-sale support and service contracts: All of our products require some combination of maintenance and upgrade protection. For those situations where on-site or extended support is needed (perhaps in combination with vendor support), we offer a range of SLAs to fit every budget.
Project development/assistance: In some cases, our clients do not have the staff depth or experience to handle major virtualization or collaboration projects, and hiring more staff is not a good fit. In those cases, we will provide project planning, pilot development and expert technicians on a contract basis.
MSA (Managed Services Architecture): We are currently exploring this concept, and hope to have an offering for our clients in the next year.
